product is very nice. the cross was made the way I asked. i wanted yellow tiny moissanite on the loops where the chain goes through... many other sellers told me no and made excuses that they didn't have stones small enough for that. the truth is, this seller goes the extra step for you and shows major effort. the prices are fair compared to all other stores in China and India who sell on Alibaba.. but compared to the U.S stores... the U.S stores get products from China and re-sell it to their customers at 3x the price. so this store prices are 1/2 to 1/3 what popular u.s stores charge. this cross from Ukranian theif at "H@rlem Bling" would cost you upwards of 170-250 for this size pendant and there would be no customization. there would be no engraving. and also... This is NATURAL STONE. This is NOT plated color on the surface coating. overall... Seller is kind and patient. The whole process is a pleasure instead of a headache. shipping is decent. 10/10
